General online shop conditions
The data gathered by the Passeite Online Shop are intended for handling the orders and for communicating with the Clients.
The user can place his/her order by selecting the intended products. The user must follow all steps described for the order to be successfully placed.
Passeite reserves the right to change any description, image or other information in the shop catalogue without previous notice.
Prices of products presented in the Passeite Online shop catalogue include VAT at the legal rates in force within the scope of Portuguese law.
Any modification concerning the VAT applicable shall reflect on the products prices. After this date, prices can be modified at any time.
All prices available at the shop can be altered without previous notice and are subjected to out-of-stock situations.
Shipment costs shall be calculated based on the products weight, destination and total order value. This value shall be indicated in the shopping cart before final validation of the order. Passeite online shop provides to the user the following payment methods: Paypal, IDEAL and Bank Transfer.
Orders shall only be delivered after confirmation of payment. Standard delivery times are 24 to 48 hours within Portugal (continent), 2 to 10 days to Madeira and Açores,3 to 10 days to the rest of Europe and 5 to 15 days to other destinations.
It is our intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase. Items purchased with cash maybe be exchanged or a store credit issued. There are no cash refunds. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition. Forms of Payment:
At markets we can handle cash or bank transfers. Online we offer Paypal, IDEAL or creditcard transactions to make your online shopping experience easier.
Sales tax is collected on total merchandise orders delivered. The taxes vary on the type of product. Olive oil VAT is 6%, handmade items includes 23% VAT.
